As Indelicate’s Sales Manager, Henthé is responsible for connecting the Indelicate brand to clients, particularly retailers, across the country, and across a variety of studios – from pilates, yoga and circus, to dance, gyms and pole studios.
Retailers are able to purchase Indelicate items at a discounted price with a minimum order quantity.
Indelicate offers two types of contracts:

The Direct Sale Contract allows retailers, after registering on the website, to place their orders directly through the website. Items are packaged with care by the Indelicate team, and sent via courier to the retailer.
Because Indelicate has the best interests of its partners at heart, this contract allows a full refund if retailers return the items that have not been sold within 4 weeks of receipt.
Alternatively, items that are not selling can be swapped for others that are in stock.

The Consignment Contract allows retailers to take stock on consignment for 2 weeks, the return what wasn’t sold and only pay for items sold.
Henthé prides herself on the personal care she gives to each one of her retailers, and goes out (Jo’burg and Pretoria areas) after the 2 weeks to collect stock, using the time to understand each retailer’s individual needs to ensure they receive customised service, with the importance of building a lasting relationship at the core.
