Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from transportation for which we will not be responsible.

Please note that The Courier Guy will only deliver to a physical address, and not a P.O. Box number. The Courier Guy requires that each and every delivery be signed for, as proof of delivery. The address of preference is a Work / Business address.

Return & Exchange

If you have any questions or concerns, rest assured that we always respond within 24 hours, usually less. In the event of a problem with your order, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue together. We love making our customers happy!

Return/Exchange policy :

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.
  • Items must be sent in its original packaging unworn and unwashed, must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.
  • Items must be returned/exchange at the customer’s expense.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We regret there are no returns or refunds on sale items
